Yep, +0. More precisely:

 * okay: allow_pull
 * preferred: allow-pull
 * also preferred: allowpull

FWIW, dashes can't be used in some config sections.

 * [hooks] - pre-/post- is reserved for command hooks
 * [revsetaliases], [templatealiases] - name must be a valid symbol
