For a large projects like NetBSD, it is often useful to identify what sources a
binary is built from. Using the revision is often too noisy for that, so
deriving the last revision that changed a relevant source file is often a much
better metric. A building block for such a function would be querying the VCS
once per build for "for path: print path, last_modified(path)" lists to be
filtered and post-processed.
