I'd heard comments that some Paris locations were potentially on offer, but I don't see anything in the wiki: https://www.mercurial-scm.org/wiki/5.4Sprint

If you want to have the sprint anyplace other than Finland, please fill in the wiki soon - I think we should try and give people two months to plan travel, which means if we aim for the end of March we need to lock down the location by mid-January.
