D6686: unshelve: handle stripping changesets on interactive mode

REVISION SUMMARY
  On interactive mode, changesets on `nodestoremove` should be
  stripped regardless of the shelve is partial or not. This patch
  modifies `unshelvecontinue()` to do that.
