Office Hours (was: Re: Sprint 5.0)

I'm happy to hold some regular (maybe every other week?) office hours. I've done so in the past, but stopped bothering due to lack of interest. What time of day would be good, assuming we do it on Wednesday? My morning (America/New_York), maybe around 0800 or 0900? Is that good for most that are interested?
