This is mildly upsetting. I totally had COPYING.rtf in order when I
sent that patch, but https://phab.mercurial-scm.org/D5779 refuses to
show the diff saying it's a binary file, so I can't even see when the
issue occurred: somewhere in phabsend/phabricator or during
rebase/accept process. Anyway, thanks for fixing this.
