Yes! I use the following:
`alias.getpatch=import --partial --obsolete
http://hgpatches.durin42.com/patches/$1`

I sometimes look at patchwork to see if there are patches on email which
must be reviewed. I am fine with it being dropped, only drawback I think is
finding some other way to keep track on emailed patches.
