Andrea Arcangeli's patch that hardlinks the files in the working dir?
No. Not sure if I want to. It's likely to screw up with various
editors and tools. But I might take another look at it.

I'm still hoping some people will test Stephen's patch for hardlinks
on Windows and give me some feedback.
