I have a repos on my laptop, and one on the desktop. I edit a file on the desktop and do a commit. On the laptop I do: hg diff ssh://laptop/repos (nothing) hg pull ssh://laptop/repos (gets the update) I thought diff would have told me the changes. Am I misunderstanding diff?
