[PATCH] addremove bug when given a list of files

Hello everyone,

In testing mq I hit a bug in addremove.  hg import (and mq) send 
commands.addremove a list of files to look at, but if the patch being 
imported had deleted one of those files, addremove was not marking it as 
deleted.

Patch is attached, Bryan please take a look.
