apache repository setup

looks like both ways work, you do not need the tidle ~, thanks for the 
typing

hmmm. can't get this syntax to work.  here is my exact command for a non 
"je"
user to push, with a relative patch from /home/guestuser (yes?):
hg push guestuser at je_server1//../je/je-repo

but I get an error indicating that can not find repository 
"guestuser at je_server1...",
my syntax is not right maybe?
