[patch 0/4] my favorite patches

Hello everyone,

After Matt's call for patches, I thought it would make sense to quickly 
finalize a few of my pending changes.  Matt, you're still welcome to cherry
pick anything you like from my last patch set, but these are my favorites
or at the top of my list for maintenance difficulty.

1 -- dirstate performance fixes, please apply
2 -- addremove-list bug fix, please apply

The next two could use review, but I think they are safe.  At worst
they only screw up the features they add.

3 -- named branch support.  I really like this feature.  Thanks to Matt for
     pushing me in the right direction on this one during OLS.

4 -- loadable extension modules from hgrc.  mq is now implemented as an
     extension, so I don't have to do nasty things to the command line
     parsing.
