Linux mercurical: Suggestion to precompile manual pages

Well the trouble is, the .[15] files aren't source. So they shouldn't
be checked in.

I suppose I could add this to the release build somehow, but I'm not
sure how to modify 'setup.py sdist' appropriately. Anyone?
