[ANNOUNCE] (H)gct 0.2

For convenience, I also put a mercurial repository of hgct at:
http://xenbits.xensource.com/maw/gct.hg

This is a snapshot of the current state of development - updated on a 
best-effort basis (i.e. not cron-jobbed yet).
