There's a non-zero chance that we'll move again, though the urgency has
greatly reduced.

There were two main reasons why we moved away from Kwiki. It appears to
be impossible to require a user to have registered and logged in before
they can edit pages, and the home page got defaced three times in the
past three days as a result. In addition, about half of all Kwiki
plugins that I tried to use to extend its features were broken. Not a
very impressive piece of software, all told.

The only plausible candidate for a replacement for MoinMoin is Trac,
which Lele Gaifax has ported to run atop Darcs instead of Subversion.
If I have time, I'll bring it up with Mercurial underneath.
