Mercurial 0.6c package for Ubuntu

The apt repo at:
     deb http://fxa.org/apt/mercurial-hoary /

has been updated to contain an Ubuntu (Hoary) package of mercurial 0.6c. 
If you use Ubuntu's automatic package update notification tool, you 
already know that :-)

Thanks again to Vincent Danjean (who maintains the Debian package for 
Mercurial) and Wes Chow (who rebuilds it for Ubuntu).
