The main repo is active again

I've just pushed 90 changesets to the main repo, 80 from -crew and 10
fixups of my own:

 Add reporting instructions to unknown exception backtraces
 Smarter handling of revlog key errors
 Clean up hgweb imports
 Change grep -e to grep --all
 Fold import -m option into import -f
 Revert silly TypeError change
 Tighten up clone locking
 Clean up local clone file list
 Rewrite copytree as copyfiles
 Redo local clone hgrc fix

I'm going to scour my inbox for things that didn't make it into -crew
and we should have a 0.7 release by the end of the weekend or so.
