The mq repo doesn't have some extensions in respect to a pure hg one, as 
the patches directory?

My idea was to left mq out of hg and making mq an (hg + mq). Confused 
enough? :)

This will avoid the problem of conflicting extensions, as mq will load 
only the mq extension. This will not solve the problem of conflicting 
commands between mq and hg itself (as qpush and push).

To me, it seems more clean to not add commands to hg but inheriting them 
in mq.

Just my impression... :)
