Volunteer wanted

I need someone to volunteer to be the Windows sub-maintainer. This
means:

a) sanity-check, test, and collect patches to a pullable repo
   synced with mainline
b) troubleshooting Windows-specific bugs
c) generally be the person to pester about Windows stuff

Right now I get patches from a lot of different Windows folks that I
can't test or generally evaluate at all (though I'm sure most of them
are just fine), so I need someone with a who has some regular time to
devote to this to help filter it. Hanging out on the #mercurial IRC
channel is a plus.
