[PATCH 0 of 3] Switch to new ignore syntax, improve performance

The first patch fixes a performance problem noticed by Eric Bloodworth
with ignoring of directories.

The next two add support for glob syntax to the .hgignore file.

The new syntax is completely backwards compatible with that in 0.7
and before.  See the .hgignore file in the source tree for an example.
