I was using 0.7 debian package. I uninstalled the package, downloaded 
the mercurial-snapshot and installed that according to the instructions 
by running 'python2.3 setup.py install'.

But now I get

I used the commithook you suggested earlier... Pushing again it says "no 
changes".
