hg add with special file names

Hello,

Trying to add some files, I got the following response. Seems to be a bug ?

tnorth at athlon600:~/foo/bar$ hg add \{71e95839-6f7e-470d-be54-77012fec6313\}
tnorth at athlon600:~/foo/bar$ hg status
? foo/bar/{71e95839-6f7e-470d-be54-77012fec6313}

hg addremove succeded.

Is it a bad bash comportement, or is it due to hg ?
