This time zone information is wrong, by the way.  It's telling you YOUR
time zone.  We haven't fixed it yet.

It would be easy to modify the diff header to add this.  I think diff's
header needs an overhaul anyway, as it's not the same as Linux diff
produces.  I'll add it to my list.
