It has only the hgext directory. I do not backport changes to the hooks
("cd" to base dir, env var, ...) as I want to keep a '0.7' and not
'0.7.1'. Perhaps Matt will be releasing a 0.7.1. It seems there has been
a lot of fix or litle improvement in tip very useful for users using
hooks.
