Mercurial 0.7-4 package for Ubuntu

The apt repo at:
     deb http://fxa.org/apt/mercurial-hoary /

has been updated to contain an Ubuntu (Hoary) package of the latest 
mercurial release. If you use Ubuntu's automatic package update 
notification tool, I don't need to tell you that :-)

Since it's based on the Debian package, this is Mercurial 0.7, but it 
includes Vincent's backports. Details here:

As always, thanks to Vincent Danjean (who maintains the Debian package 
for Mercurial) and Wes Chow (who rebuilds it for Ubuntu).
