[Sorry if you received this twice. It does not seem to have made it to
the list]

'hg serve --stdio' needs stdio set to binary under Windows. Failure to
do so causes extra CRs to be sent. This is detected by the requesting
process, which aborts with the message 'consistency error adding group!'
