[bug] bad timezones in kernel.org tree

I'm seeing dates like these in the http://kernel.org/hg/linux-2.6 tree:
Fri Sep 23 18:44:01 2005 +0019
Fri Sep 23 18:07:12 2005 +0011

Those timezones aren't quite right. My same hg (0.7) shows timezones fine for 
other repositories. Bryan indicated this may be a bug in the git->hg 
conversion tool...
