[PATCH 0 of 5] Try 2: Fixing small problem, adding bundle -r

This patchset make some performance and bundle size improvements over
the previous one.

This patch fixes a small exception handling problem in bundle which would
cause bundle to act like everything was fine even if it ran out of space
while writing the bundle.

It also adds the -r option to bundle.  This will bundle only those changes
needed to reach the specified revision.
