Mercurial 0.9.2 released!

Yeah, looks like I screwed up the release tarball again. distutil's
MANIFEST scheme is a bit of a maintenance disaster (I always seem to
miss some new files) so I decided to forego it this time around by
just using Mercurial's internal manifest. Which worked great, except
it dropped some generated files (the version file and the pregenerated
manpages).

The latter is probably a good thing as asciidoc seems to be broken on
my system at the moment.

We'll try to sort this problem out once and for all this week and
probably push a 0.9.3 shortly.
