A new commit tool

Hi Steve,

First, it looks like a good start, and your goals obviously sound good.
Though I wouldn't want to filter on the different file types, there is one
feature I would like to see...

The File List should be a list box that includes a check box for each file.
I personally end up committing a few separate, but sort of related changes,
fairly close together. For example, fileA and fileB were changed to add some
feature to "platform code", while fileC was changed to make use of the new
platform feature. If I can choose which files to commit, I would be more
likely to use such a tool -- it would beat specifying the file paths on the
command line!
