Hgk and cygwin

In my opinion, the easiest way to run hgk on native windows is to use
http://freewrap.sourceforge.net/ to wrap the hgk TCL/TK script into a
stand-alone TCL/TK executable.

There is no need to install any TCL/TK distribution in order for this to
work since all is included in the generated exe-file.

Just put the resulting exe-file into the contrib directory.
Then follow the hgk extension instructions on the Mercurial wiki to set
it up.
