CVS to Mercurial

Hi,

I am fairly new at mercurial and I am most used to CVS and darcs.

I only tested it today and I am quite impressed by its easyness and the
performances !

As told later, I mainly maintain my projects either trough CVS or darcs. I
am then, trying to migrate one of thesse projects under mercurial. I have
found a tutorial but it did not work for me :/ My system (a Debian GNU/Linux
system) does not even know what the tailor command is.

So I am asking it to you, how can I migrate my projects from CVS to this
marvelous SCM ?
