'hg serv' case insensitive?

Ah - sorry I missed cgi part..

Ok collections work! However it does not pick up links.

I've attempted to export only a couple of repos - so I created a new
dir with links to just the 2 repos I needed. But they don't get picked
up by [collections]. (They do get picked up by [path])

I'll eventually be using the cgi config though.. So I'll just attempt
that [once I can sync with local web admin]
