How to send commit informations to a mailing-list ?

Hi there,

My learning curve of this marvelous SCM is getting bigger and I am ready to
handle most of my projects less than 2 days after my first tests. Wow !

I am in need of another information though: how can I customize hg such that
each after X commits/push it sends a summary onto a mailing list (just as it
is done with mercurial).
