How to send commit informations to a mailing-list ?

Thank you but the patch did not go well here. I manually added the hunk.
Then modified my ~/.hgrc file as mentionned and here what I have now:

extension hgext/hbisect overrides the command bisect (was in extension '
hgext.hbisect')
calling hook commit.notify: hgext.notify.hook
error: commit.notify hook raised an exception: write() argument 1 must be
string or read-only character buffer, not None
