No, but ...

... requires something from the standard library of python2.5 _or_
something you can install manually.

But as nobody forces you to use --lsprof and --profile isn't
removed, nothing changes if you don't have it, except that Mercurial
will become better due to developers that can take a better look at
what's happening.
