Mercurial fatal error when pulling

If you are using the prebuilt mercurial standalone executable, the
problem is said to be fixed by the latest version of the installer, I
believe, in which case, reinstalling should solve your problem. 

If you are running from a source version, I understand that you need to
install pywin32.
