Gleeful toe stomping in hgweb

The HTTP keeaplive thing is quite useful and worthwhile.

But, I was planning on making hgrequest (renamed to wsgirequest) the
flex point. hgrequest would speak WSGI to the outside world, and speak
to Mercurial in the manner to which it was accustomed. Adding the
will_close variable to hgrequest has made this much more difficult.

I will be removing this variable in my private set of changes.

Anyway, avoiding toe stomping in all of our rampaging about hgweb is
going to be a tricky bit of business. We need to coordinate a bit more.
Perhaps I could publish my patch queue somewhere? I'm using MQ so my
changes stay relevant to the tip of crew, but this means that just
publishing the changesets isn't going to be very helpful.

Thanks,
