No, it's still a problem, because nobody much other than myself has
expressed an opinion on it.  The rest of the patch functionality is a
slam dunk, so it would really make sense to split the patch into two.
That way, you can get 90% of the changes you want in immediately, and
people can think about the hgrc portion in isolation.

Also, your patch appears to be against the last patch you submitted,
rather than against what's in e.g. the crew repository.  That makes it
difficult to review, and hence not easy to apply.  The more obviously
correct a patch is, the lower the barrier to applying it.
