build of tips under windows

I have tried to build the tips from the repository under Windows and have
problems.

* Using python 2.4 the module lsprof.py causes the build to fail
because 2.4does not contain _lsprof.  Not sure where to get this from
or how to install
into 2.4.

* using beta of 2.5 the build works and I can successfully run hg.exe but I
get warnings because the last released pywin32 build has been built against
a prior version of the Python API.  I really don't want to have to try and
rebuild pywin32.

What approach is suggested to getting a new build of mercurial for Win32.
