[issue238] hg backout should bring up a commit message editor

Currently, hg backout by default automatically commits the backout changeset
with a message. It should behave more like hg commit, since typically you'd
want to comment why something is backed out.

If it was nice, it would add the current automatic comment to the editor so I
can use it if I want to.
