[issue249] Want a way to move existing committed changes to mq control

If I've one or more committed changes to a repo, and then decide that I want to be
able to push and pop these changes with mq, it'd be nice to be able to.  With the
current version, it's too late.  (Note that this would probably also serve as a
multiple undo for commits, though that's not why I'm asking for it.)
