[issue254] hg serve breaks HTTP Protocol

HTTP header need to be seperated from content with CRLF CRLF. However the
template/header and the staticfile() in hgweb both use \n\n only. As a result,
some client will not work well with hgweb.

I tried to use lighttpd's mod_proxy to forward request to hg server and failed.
Took me awhile to figure out why.
