New submission from Jonas Wallander <jonas.wallander at tetrapak.com>:
After installing 0.9 (Same problem with 0.8.1) on Windows XP Pro I get the
following after adding two text files and issuing 'hg commit':
'vi' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
abort: edit failed: vi exited with status 1
transaction abort!
rollback completed
The page http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/WindowsInstall says
that there should be 'no prerequisites - no need to install Python or other
software'
I have followed the post install instructions (Mercurial in path)
