How to have tar.gz tarballs with hgwebdir?

It's documented in doc/hgrc.5.txt, but not easy to find.  Put the
following in your hgrc (either global or the repo):

[web]
allowgz = True
allowzip = True

I wouldn't recommend enabling bz2 downloads.  bzip2 is very compute
intensive.
