[Contrib] Basic Darcs to Mercurial conversion script

Hi all,

Being rather unsatisfied of Tailor (did not work and was overly
complicated to patch), I wrote a simple and small script to migrate
simple Darcs projects to Mercurial.

I tested the tool on my former Darcs repo, and everything works fine.
For now, the tags are not taken into account (so you have to reenter the
tags by hand)
