Sure. That sounds great. ThomasAH has a hg-menu.vim
plugin in contrib too so a structure like the
following should be used as per vim conventions if you
are also going to re-organize it.
contrib/vim/patchreview/plugin/pathreview.vim
contrib/vim/patchreview/doc/pathreview.txt
contrib/vim/hg-menu/plugin/hg-menu.vim
Otherwise contrib/vim/patchreview.vim and
contrib/vim/patchreview.txt are fine too.
