How do I specify a proxy server in my .hgrc file ?

Hi,

 

Sorry if this is a FAQ.. (I did search the archives..)

I'm looking for an example .hgrc entry to setup a proxy server.

 

The tutorial clone command is failing (timing out).

hg clone http://www.selenic.com/repo/hello my-hello
