But of course this local tag has to be removed when replying to
mails in public. Think of a subject like:
Re: [hg-dev] Aw: [mercurial development list] Sv: [mercurial-devel] Foobar

A better way would be if MUAs can display whatever
(text/icon/colour) when a mail matches specific patterns.
