bzr is mostly developped and used on Linux (the company behind it is
canonical, who develops ubuntu), but there's a real effort to support
Windows. There is a GUI (Olive: http://bazaar-vcs.org/Olive ), which
also runs on windows, and a TortoiseBzr, a Windows explorer
integration ( http://bazaar-vcs.org/TortoiseBzr ) still experimental.

That said, I'm a Unix/CLI/Emacs user and don't know/care much about
GUI ;-).
